Information you provide via the feedback form

The information you provide in the feedback form will be used only for the purpose of collating feedback on the BSET proposals. We will be building a database which will allow us to keep you up to date as the project progresses (no more than one email per month). The information you share with us will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than shaping the proposal that we submit to HCC.


Implied consent

In accordance with the latest legislation regarding the use of cookies by websites, we use the concept of implied consent that you will accept cookies from the Bishop's Stortford Educational Trust (BSET) website. The pages that will set cookies are marked with an asterisk (*) in the menu system; by following the link, you are giving us your implied consent for us to set first-party cookies.

A cookie is a simple text file that is stored by the website on your computer. They allow the website to recognise when you want to view certain pages or carry out certain actions, such as submit the feedback form. Cookies do not store personal information about you and they are deleted from your computer when you close your browser window.

When you tell us that you will accept cookies from the BSET website, we set a simple Cookie that tells our website that you have accepted cookies.

Session cookie

This cookie allows the website to remember certain things about your visit. It allows the website to provide the feedback form. The facts that the session cookie allows the website to store do not include any personal information from your computer and they are deleted when you close the browser window.
